It's a chilly day during November. Rainfall and hail blistering down, some even the size of quarters. Sitting down on the interstate in 4 lanes extensive of bumper to bumper backed up visitors; although, lack of is backed up, it's at least going. To my big surprise, he lays down on the pavement with the backside of her truck and starts feeling about. He stands up and minds towards the back of the patrol car...
