Responsibilities of an Office Student

After we were approved to begin our training, they informed us some of the things that we should have and we should do throughout the training here are the list: a) We should have for least 8 hours (if whole day) to full every day and 4 hours (if half day). b) We have to enter the business office at or perhaps before 8: 00 was up to five: 00 pm hours. c) We should wear the school outfits during the schooling except every Friday. d) We are needed to wear each of our IDs through the training. e) If we use civilians about Friday, it should not end up being sleeveless, and really should not become slippers. f) If we were assigned in section, we are not allowed to become borrowed in other offices with the branch until there is the agreement from the section head. g) In our section there are 6th employees but only one of the people is our boss, we could only in order to entertain the command of other employees if the boss doesn't have anything to instruct all of us to do. h) In the morning we could allowed to include at least 15 minutes break when 15 o'clock pass and another 15 minutes inside the afternoon when ever 3 o'clock pass. i) If we are instructed id a certain work, we should done that first before asking for another one. j) When it comes to a point that everything all of us do is completed, we are accountable to answer every one of the telephone calls in contrast to when we were doing a specific job, addressing the telephone phone should be responded to the one nearest or the one who failed to do anything. k) We should clean your working location we proved helpful at.
